Our process is all about being thorough and we have several strict rules we abide by.
WE MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE AND TAKE TIME TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS..
Some companies rush through an inspection. They may have several inspectors on site quickly moving about room to room. The inspection is over in a record amount of time and the customer may be left wondering if they missed something. A thorough home inspection is never a sprint race. It is important to walk through out the house with our customers to make sure they fully understand a particular issue or may have concerns that need to be addressed.
WE FOLLOW A THOROUGH AMERISPEC FORMAT FOR ALL INSPECTIONS
We will always start inspecting a home from the outside. We’re observing lot grading, foundations, structure, exteriors, windows, roofs, electrical, plumbing, decks, crawlspaces, patios and more. We take many photos during our inspections and document many items along the way that we discover. Once we complete the exterior, we move inside of the home to observe and operate and test the plumbing, electrical, appliances, furnaces, air conditioning units and water heaters. We test windows, inspect every room and observe the walls, flooring and make sure there isn’t structural concerns. We inspect all basements and continue to look for structural concerns, flooring, construction and other issues common in basements. After all floors and items have been inspected we move to the attic area of the home and thoroughly examine the structure and insulation of the home. We also look for issues like electrical or plumbing concerns that may be present.
